At Fresh Juice, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy — your satisfaction is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return for any reason. If you're not happy with your Fresh Juice blender, let us know and we'll make it right.

Your EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This statutory right applies in addition to our 30-day guarantee.

Conditions for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item should be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unused and undamaged (for hygiene reasons, items that have been used cannot be resold)
- In its original packaging, with all accessories included
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return
1. Email us at freshjuice4ubusiness@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with simple step-by-step instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the item back to the address we provide.

Please do not send your item back before contacting us — returns sent without a request cannot be processed.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product, email us right away with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item in most cases.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to post the refund.

Return Shipping
For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise.
